During this private bookbinding workshop, participants will create their own personal refillable sketchbooks! The binding features a hardcover wrapper case, a removable sketchbook, a nifty insert pocket, and a stretch elastic enclosure. The pocket lets you quickly swap sketchbooks out or conveniently store little notes. We’ll assemble the case using durable bookcloth and fun decorative papers, while the sketchbook will be hand-sewn with watercolor or sketchbook paper. Designed as the perfect size for portable sketching, you’ll not only leave with a finished sketchbook but also the skills to create future refills for your custom-created case. No experience is necessary. All tools and materials will be provided.
